Our Beginnings

Our story began in 1994 when, with only two computers, we embarked on a journey to create solutions that would transform the way accounting agencies and companies across various industries operate. Our vision gradually evolved through a series of challenges and changes in external programming collaborators until we realized that the only solution lay in forming our own IT department.

Bencom and Abacus Through Time

1994-2009

The Era of External Collaborators

1994: The beginning of computer use for accounting tasks at Bencom.

1994-2009: We change external programming collaborators three times due to a lack of stability and continuous challenges.

2009: We establish our own IT department and hire three young trainee engineers.

2009-2011

Development of Our Own System

Beginning 2009: The beginning of the development of a business information system within Bencom.

01.01.2011: Launch of a minimally functional system sufficient for Bencom’s secure operation.

2011-2014

First Sale and Team Expansion

Second half of 2011: Start of software sales to Bencom’s clients. Two more young engineers join the team.

2014: Hiring of additional engineers and engagement of sales associates.

2014 to Present

Expansion and Diversification

Since 2014: Development of software for various industries—hospitality, retail, manufacturing, transportation, and more.

Today: Bencom offers comprehensive solutions for accounting and business, including ERP systems, POS solutions, RMS for hotels, and many other specialized modules.
